At Smoke Bridge, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used lighters or smoking accessories
  • Opened or damaged products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or engraved products
  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A full or partial refund

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Smoke Bridge.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable returns. Smoke Bridge is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
